What you need to know:

A youth group focussed on outdoor activities including camping, bush craft, rafting, abseiling, rock climbing and canyoning. There are four levels within scouts, Joeys for 5-8 years, Cubs for 8-11 years, Scouts for 11-14 years and Venturers for 14-17 years.

There is a one-off joining fee of $35 and an annual membership fee of $168. There is also the added expense of buying a Scouts shirt.
